HOW TO ORDER CUSTOMIZED LIGHTBARS- TERMS and CONDITIONS

We ship customized lightbars worldwide and receive overwhelming requests for customizing lightbars and accessories for pricing and purchasing. Our technicians spend a minimum of one hour just in the layout process of your customization before submitting the order for creation. To help offset our costs and continue to offer the lowest pricing possible, we require a deposit of $40 before continuing the customization process. Here's how it works...

Read all of the terms on this page. After CLICKING the 'accept' button at the bottom, you will be taken to a checkout page where you can securely enter your payment information for the customization deposit ONLY. NO PAYMENT FOR ACTUAL PRODUCT IS NECESSARY AT THIS TIME. Once we receive the payment, you will be taken to a form page asking for BASIC information on the product you wish to have customized. Fill out and submit the form.
Within 24-48 hours (business) you will receive a highly specific email containing .pdf files detailing all of the options available for your new lightbar along with specific instructions on how to proceed with the order. Choose your options and fax or email the form to us. Instructions on how to do this will be included.

A valid signature for the customizing will be required to continue placing the order. A new link will be emailed to you with your customized lightbar's specifics and final price. The lightbar will need paid in full at this time to begin the build. A secure payment link will be included with easy-to-follow check out instructions. The $40 for your initial deposit will be deducted from this final price.

TERMS and CONDITIONS: Due to the overwhelming response we receive for customized lightbars, we require a deposit by credit card. This deposit is for information on customizing only and does not constitute and physical product of any kind. This deposit is non-refundable. However, the full deposit will be deducted from any lightbar purchase made WITHIN 30 days of making the deposit. The customer understands that the deposit will not be refunded if no purchase is made or if a purchase of any other product other than a customized lightbar is purchased.
